Young Juice helps Grandma Lovely remember as the effects of her dementia slowly takes over.
Told as a memory play the film charts the bond between a girl and her grandmother. It is a bittersweet journey that will make you laugh and brush away a tear.
This is a lovely little film. Not being American made the film doesn’t have typical Hollywood rhythms and as such is so much more charming and enlightening. We don’t go into expected places and so our view of the situation is something new.
This is an absolute delight and a film to track down.
