Takashi Miike exectutive produces this manga adaption about world where cats are infected with a virus that turns people into cats if they com into contact with them.
I'm not going to say a lot about this series owing to the fact that its available on Crunchy Roll. Word is already leaking out and it doesn't need my selling it.
This is a wonderful little series that turns the whole zombie apocalypse genre on it's head. It perfectly sends up the tropes while paying them reverenace. I had a blast.
For those who are wondering about Miike's involement, itn actually makes perfect sense. Miike has always bent genres in whatever direction he needs to tell a good story and the send up/homage nature of this seies makes sense.
This series is going to be a delight for horror film fans in addition to anime fans.
