The first film directed by Peter Ustinov is a witty and amusing look at the development of Radar.
A good cast is given a good script (also by Ustinov) and allowed to go for it. Its not bad but the choice of shots undercut the rest with the result the film isn't quite what it should be.
Still worth a look,
