The operator of a shark cage adventure is in reality a psycho who likes to feed his charges to the sharks.
This is a good looking, very deliberately designed horror film, that over relies on loud noises or music and where we can pretty much guess how much of this is going to go. It's a well made film that is so mechanical as to be almost robotic.
DANGEROUS ANIMALS lost me early on. The opening sequence when Tucker jokes that no one will know if the couple will disappeared while they are talking to a guy on the dock seemed wrong. That guy would know. At the same time I began trying to understand how it was that a guy working from a seemingly busy dock could have people disappear. Additionally Tucker is so clearly an invincible bad guy that watching him isn't fun.
Honestly this isn't bad, but the plotting is so mechanical it just isn't fun.
