A podcaster takes in a new roommate named Alan. When Alan begins to show strange behavior at night he becomes the focus of the podcast.
Rare complete miss at Popcorn Frights is a weird comedy/horror/ found footage film. I'm not sure if the film really likes anyone since it makes fun of everyone in some way or another. It never seems to get the tone right and seems to jump from thing to thing. The addendum after the epilog feeling like it was just thrown on because it needed something "scary" to end on.
It feels less like a completed film and more like a film that was literally put together from left over pieces of film that never came together.
