Filmmaker John Von Kubrick is working on his new film when he disappears - with all the footage. This leaves his backers and other factions holding the bag. In desperation two backers head out to try and find him.
Breezy black comedy about the creation of movies is a sweet little confection. A film that is twisting and turny and going repeatedly into unexpected directions. The delight is in THE EDITINGS absolute refusal to do what you expect. Its a film that keeps going left, and while we some times end up in an expected place it isn't how we thought... before it goes off in another direction. I'd say more but the delight is in finding out where its going.
