In the middle of a bad patch, a mother takes her children to the seaside and stays, secretly, at the home of her former in-laws.
This is a very good small drama about a mother trying to do what is right by her kids. Its a beautifully acted film about a woman under stress and not wanting to spoil things for her children. It's a well made and compelling film.
While there is more going on in the film, and while I enjoyed the film, I simply don't have a great deal to say. It does what it has to beautifully and I have no notes. If you want a good drama, SIX DAYS AND SPRING is recommended.
