If you can see DADDY ISSUES without reading the synopsis – or anything else about it- do so. It is one of the funniest films I’ve seen all year.
The basic story has to do with a man who works in a dungeon and that is as far as I’m going to go. What happens just made roar with laughter that I got strange looks when I was watching a screener during a lunch break. To call it one of the absolute delights of Tribeca is probably selling it short. I have no idea how it will work the next few times I see it but it brought me a lot of joy that first time through and that’s good enough for me.
A must see.
