WHAT'S NEXT is a portrait of Dr. Howard Tucker, who is still a practicing neurologist, attorney and professor at the age of 101 (he is an official World Record Holder). Refusing to stop he continues to deal with his patients – even during the Covid lock down when then world closed up and every other person in their 90’s was trying to remain safe.
I don’t have a great deal to say about this film other than see it. This film is an absolute pisser. Tucker is a delight. You want to have the drive and the smarts to keep going as he does.
The film came out of the covid nonsense when Tucker‘s grandson finally had the time to sit down with him and find our about him. The time together lead to this film. I'm glad it did because it makes the case beautifully for never slowing down.
