A timely film about a group of ladies, lead by the late Sallie, who decided to take on big business in the name of protecting the land they love. The fight was to protect coal the Alabama waterways from potential pollution from coal ash which is stored by the river that feeds into a delta system. If something happened the ash would go down stream and wreck the wetlands forever.
This is a super film about some amazing women who are trying to do the right thing and leave a legacy for those that come after them. Its a fight that shows that you can win when you fight the system. (Though the Trump administrations plans to destroy the EPA and bring back coal may undo the victory)
