Batshit crazy Hong Kong film reveals a time when the cops were just as bad as crooks. Beginning in the middle and feeling as if there were nine films leading up to it, this is in actuality a self contained film that will blow your mind.
The plot of the film has cop Danny Lee and is crew chasing down bad guy Anthony Wong and his crew. As Lee struggles to get his man the various other police bureaus battle with him to take credit and put him out of action.
I have few words to describe this film- it is on Planet 10. Things just happen for no reason but to keep things hopping. If you want an idea of how weird this film consider that Wong has a moll named Cindy who he met when she was fleeing from her rapist and hit him with his car. When Cindy's mom and dad refuse to press charges because her rapist is a gangster, Cindy chases her rapist down and stabs him to death with a broken bottle while Wong runs him over. It is one of the most jaw dropping meetings between lovers I've ever seen. But there's more... a lot more.
Wildly crazy and coming at a time when anything could happen this film set out to prove it. I have no idea if the film is conventionally good but as a film you can't take your eyes off it's highly recommended.
