A woman throws a dinner party to thank her friend who has saved her three times.
I have been sitting on reviewing this film for a while now. I was sent RICH INTERIOR LIVES to review because it hit Tubi, and because I had heard nothing about the film before receiving it I went into the film completely blind beyond a simply statement about the plot. Watching the film I was amused by the awkward and uncomfortable nature of the conversations. I could tell that the film was giving us information in pieces so I was willing to go with it.
And then it gets to the third act.... and... that would be telling
This is a dark and disturbing little film. Assuming you really watch this gem and let it work it's magic its film that takes you on a ride to unexpected places. This is the best sort of film, one that starts off heading in one direction and then suddenlt reeals that it going somewhere else...somewhere unexpected and haunting.
Do yourself a favor, go to Tubi and join the dinner party.
