I'm not going to say much about LAST FOOTAGE because it didn't really work for me. Since I am not a fan of found footage films I thinks its better that I keep my feelings short and sweet.
The film has a bunch of friends going to visit the rubber plantation that one of them has inherited. Something is waiting for them.
Told in a first person POV via smart glasses and spinning out in a kind of real time the film tries to make things immersive as we are there as everything spins out of control. The problem with the film is there is a lot weak scenes that exist to build character and move us to the good stuff. the problem is the conversations are never realistic.
One things start to happen there is some great moments, but the film suffers because it takes too long to get there.
I know some people love this sort of thing, but I have very little tolerance.
