Danny exterminator living in Dublin discovers that he is one of the chosen guardians able to fight the dark forces of the supernatural. This comes in handy when a criminal is starting to unleash undead forces on the city.
Martial arts mix with comedy and horror in a film that mixes Euro hurmor with Chinese monsters. Rge result is a solid little confection that entertains and rarely misses.
This film does everything you hope it would. Its funny, has great fights and is just tense enough. While the action is quite as rapid fire as we are used to from similar films from China and Hong Kong, the battles are still well staged. Sure they are a beat slower, but they still delight. The characters are spot on and the actors make us believe.
This is a gem of a film I can't wait to see again.
