Brief thoughts on UNIDENTIFIED OBJECTS (2022) Outfest LA

Peter, a cranky dwarf living in New York gets talked into taking a road trip with his neighbor, Winona to a place where she says they will be able to make contact with aliens.

I don't know what to really say about this film other than: All hail the glorious Matthew August Jeffers and Sarah Hay. They take a solidly scripted comedy drama and lift it up into something special. I was probably fifteen minutes into the film when I found I was less interested in where the plot was going and I was more interested in where these characters were going to go. I absolutely fell in love with the characters  and the actors who portray them. They made the film something special.

Highly recommended - especially if you want really good character driven films.
