Slamdance 2021 Shorts: I THINK IT'S ENOUGH ISN'T IT, THE CO-OP, TRAMMELL and OPERA

I think it's enough, isn't it? - Trailer from Emily Shir Segal on Vimeo.

I THINK ITS ENOUGH, ISN'T IT?
This is a heartbreaking short film about a daughter coming to terms with the passing of her dad who died of Covid. It will move you and make you sad at things lost.

THE CO-OP
A robber's plan goes off the rails when he realizes that the store he targeted is a co-op full of disabled people.
Funny little confection has a great and completely unexpected ending that I had to replay three or four times as I laughed myself silly. This is a joy.

Trammel Trailer from Christopher Bell on Vimeo.

TRAMMEL
A man who lives alone only interacts with the town pharmacist.
Very good little film really it home since the main character reminded me very much of my fiend Lou who lived a similar existence.

OPERA
Stunning animated film is a jaw dropper of incredible beauty and technical achievement. This film made me go wow repeatedly and rewatch sections because there is so much going on that you have to watch and rewatch pieces just to have an idea what it all is.
One of the great Slamdance films and of the animated art form- and let's hope it get an Oscar nod
