2 Sundance Shorts WARSHA and HUELLA

WARSHA
In Lebanon a man takes a dangerous job as a crane operator in order to have time to be himself.

Sweet little gem as some magical moments in it. Watching the film I kept thinking that I would love to see a longer version of this film where we really got to know more about the man at it’s center. On the other hand what here is choice and definitely worth a look and I shouldn’t be greedy.

Recommended.

HUELLA
A flamenco dancer who has given up dancing for telemarketing is forced to reconsider by her dead ancestors.

Good little film with some great dancing.  It’s the dance that makes the film and  what made me recommend this to friends covering Sundance.   You don’t need to know more than that. All you need do is buy a ticket and take a ride.
