This look at the death penalty through prisoners last meals will rock your world. It is a perfectly modulated film that goes from something that you chuckle along knowingly, and it slowly turns by degrees until you are staring at the screen sick to death at the realization of what the death penalty actually means and how when we get it wrong there are no do overs.
Frightening in all the right ways.
One of the best films at Tribeca and 2021, it’s also destined to be on the Oscar short list for next year.
A must see.
