This is probably the sad truth about how decisions are made to kill bad guys that result in the death of innocent civilians. It’s a film with a punch.
The problem is that this short could be and should be better, Running a breezy 14 minutes the film crams too much into its brief running time from a look at bureaucrats, to morals, and how decisions are really , made. There is simply too much here with the result the second half feels rushed. This should have been longer.
Still it packs a punch and is recommended
