The virtual Chicago Film Festival starts today. Go buy tickets.
My original plan was to cover the festival, but I decided to pass as I was filling out the application since it was coming in the very brief pause between the end of five festivals and the start of a couple more. While there were more than a handful of films I wanted to cover I realized that I was getting burnt.
Not being able to cover the fest was a let down but I still may jump in with some films if my schedule opens up.
